New acquisition: what_a_ghost_can_do by Giacomo Raffaelli

A new acquisition enriches our short film catalogue: what_a_ghost_can_do by Italian Giacomo Raffaelli. An Italian/Georgian co-production, the short is produced by Megattera Film with
Archivio RI-PRESE and CAUCASUS CINEMA. It stars Leonardo Venturi, Paolo Mastagni and Eleanor Drewry.

A boy chases a ghost through chats, archives and distant worlds. But how do you say goodbye to someone you truly loved?

Giacomo Raffaelli graduated in Visual Arts and Expanded Cinema at the IUAV University of Venezia. He has directed several short films selected at Italian and international festivals. His most recent works are La famosa rivolta dei filmati di repertorio (2024, UnArchive Festival), and In fondo al mare (2023, London BFI FLARE). His short film Grandissima (2022) won the Rai Cinema Channel Award. In 2020, he co-directed Ernesto, a self-produced medium length film, together with Alice De Luca, which was selected at RIFF in Rome and distributed in the UK and the North American territories by TLA Releasing.
